Estimated delivery is approximately 2.5–3.5 weeks from the date your order is placed.

Order Processing (2–3 Business Days)

Once your order is placed, we carefully review and prepare it before production begins. During this stage, we verify your payment, confirm your order details, and shipping information. You'll receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase, and we'll begin preparing your item for production.

Production Time (3–5 Business Days)

We do not keep pre-made blankets in stock. Every blanket is produced specifically for each order, allowing us to create a product made just for you. This made-to-order process helps reduce unnecessary waste while ensuring every blanket meets our quality standards.

Please note that production may take slightly longer during holidays or periods of high demand.

Shipping & Delivery (6–10 Business Days)

After production is complete, your blanket is carefully packed and handed over to one of our trusted shipping partners.

Standard shipping generally takes 6–10 business days depending on your delivery destination. Orders may be fulfilled from different production facilities, so shipping times can vary slightly between locations.

Total Delivery Estimate

From the day you place your order, you can generally expect your blanket to arrive within 11–18 business days (approximately 2.5–3.5 weeks).

Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your blanket every step of the way.

If you haven't received your tracking information within 7 business days after placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery address.

If your order qualifies for a free shipping promotion, it will be applied automatically at checkout.
